My doctor left the practice, and it took a week and me calling and being put on hold for 3 HOURS to hear about it. Nobody informed me. They say to use the portal, but my messages went completely ignored by my doctor for a month before she left. At my appointments, I have been left alone in a room without seeing my doctor for over an hour TWICE out of my last 3 appointments, and the third was still 40 minutes after being taken back until I saw my doctor. The appointments were all meant to be 30 minutes. This place does not respect your time. So don't waste it with them.

The doctors truly take the time to listen to you, answer any questions you have and explain any test results. Everyone there from the receptionists to the aides, the lab techs, and the doctors and PAs, is extremely professional and caring. I highly recommend this practice!

Wasn't even able to make an appointment as I called twice, waited on hold, and got hung up on both times immediately just today. A doctor here was recommended by my insurance company to be my primary, but clearly they don't want that to happen.

This is a review for the extremely rude front desk secretary. She needs to learn some professionalism and how to speak and properly treat patients. She should be fired.

Update: Pheobe was equally unhelpful when I called back a third time to ask for their dis-bar policy….. AKA Natatlie’s Policy….. written ….. when is it online? In office? Pheobe told me it’s only word of mouth. Nothing printed. Unfortunately, 5 years until we can reattempt scheduling with this practice. don’t ask for manager, they have NONE…… “Natalie” explained…. Despite woman in hijab at front desk making appointment for husband, telling me that my husband would get text about the appointment, NOT handing out appointment card……. And then no communications from them…… we’ve been told he can no longer make appointments there but “hasn’t been discharged.” LOL 😆 🤦‍♀️ Do better.

I’ve had repeated issues with this office failing to send/sign prescriptions on time. I’ve now been without my medication for five days because the prescriber has not signed off on it, despite multiple calls and an in-person visit. This is not a minor inconvenience — interruptions in psychiatric medication can have serious effects. I’m disappointed in the lack of urgency and follow-through.

I got lost on my way over. Called them when my appointment was supposed to start and they helped me park. They told me it was okay that I was running late. I got all the way up there and the dr had left 2 minutes earlier. They gave me some bs about being over 10 minutes late… when I was 9 minutes late. I had waited MONTHS for this appointment. Don’t go here. I didn’t believe the reviews but I should have. If I didn’t desperately need referrals I would t be here in the first place.

Autistic patient had pre-op appointment for adult tonsillectomy three weeks prior to surgery. We forgot to request liquid and ODT form of non-controlled medications he has been on for years due to sensory issues and gag reflex. Called and messaged for an entire week prior to surgery. Finally got a staff member the day before surgery on a Friday, made the request. Informed them I'd be paying out of pocket, no need for prior Auth or extra work. I told them the pharmacy would have to order it and we were trying to be proactive. Their response was that it would take so long he won't need it by then, even though research says that peak of pain, swelling, and risk of bleeding occurs in 5-7 days. Patient is now gagging regardless of crushing or cutting and we have now waited over an hour for on call on a Sarurday. This was an easily avoidable situation that is causing unnecessary pain and suffering.
